The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support on projects, initiatives and transactions. This person will assist with activities that may include program administration, policy and procedure implementation, payroll and benefits employee assistance, and planning for orientations.*PLEASE SUBMIT CVs IN ENGLISH**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE THAT REQUIRES A PRESENCE IN THE OFFICE 2 DAYS PER WEEK. THERE IS NO OPTION TO BE FULLY REMOTE.*Administer Talent Management programs, such as leaves, rotations, and work schedules, generate and distribute appropriate documentation.Coordinate MBA sponsorship for North America HC Operations team; draft and process MBA sponsorship agreements and stipends.Organize new hire orientation (schedule presenters, maintain calendar invites, reserve meeting rooms, etc.).ensuring accurate data management.Enter employee transactions and draft related documents for regular and temporary new hires, transfers, manager changes, pay changes, status/role changes and terminations.
