You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of trade services. This role may specialize in one or more functional areas, including classification, import/export operations, restricted party screening, special trade programs, reconciliation, post-entry, and vendor performance management.Location: Remote – MexicoSchedule: Tuesday to SaturdayJob Type: Full-TimeLanguage Requirement: Advanced EnglishWhat You'll DoUtilize trade applications and software to analyze import and export dataCreate and maintain transactional documentation and KPI reportsPerform HS and ECCN classification and determine Free Trade Agreement (FTA) qualification applicabilityMonitor and adapt to changing priorities driven by clients, U.S. Customs, other regulatory bodies, and internal managementResearch and resolve missing or incomplete documentation with suppliers, carriers, and clientsRespond to and address client inquiries and service requests in a timely mannerInteract with internal and external stakeholders, including Livingston teams, clients, brokers, freight forwarders, and carriersTroubleshoot and resolve complex trade-related issues with support from leadershipContribute to process development, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesAdhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsPerform other related duties as assigned by managementWhat You BringAdvanced English proficiency (written and verbal)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalate appropriatelyAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelStrong desire to learn and be coached toward a Senior Trade Analyst roleAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPositive, flexible, and adaptable attitudeEducationRequired: High School diploma, GED, or equivalentPreferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
