The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing local employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws. This role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of regional HR practices.Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).It would be even better if you understand Chinese.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment processes for local positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Manage local benefits programs (e.g., social security, health insurance, annual leave).Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all HR practices align with Mexico labor laws and company policies.Maintain accurate employee records and manage work permit/visa processes for expatriates.Performance ManagementSupport the implementation of performance review cycles and career development plans.Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.HR ReportingGenerate regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment status).Analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
