Our culture is rooted in innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence—and we believe in the power of our people to drive meaningful change.We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel – LATAM NorthAs Legal Counsel, you will support business operations across LATAM North by leading key commercial contracting processes, supporting corporate governance matters, and coordinating legal risk management in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel.Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements (services, supply, distribution, NDAs, credit agreements).Coordinate litigation matters with external counsel.Support the annual compliance plan execution and risk mitigation actions.3–5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.~ Strong legal generalist profile with focus in corporate matters.~ Advanced English.~ Experience outside Mexico and/or in a recognized law firm.Knowledge of Legal CLM tools.Monterrey, Nuevo León (Hybrid role)Because we are a global company with a regional mindset.
