Project Manager de Tecnología | Telecomunicaciones We are looking for an experienced

Technology Project Manager

with at least

10 years of experience

leading technology and telecommunications projects, particularly initiatives related to

OSS, BSS, and Core Network

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technology projects from initiation through closure.

Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and client expectations.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including technical, functional, business, and vendor teams.

Manage requirements, change requests, schedules, deliverables, risks, incidents, and dependencies.

Follow up on activities, agreements, commitments, and action plans.

Prepare and present executive reports, project indicators, risks, and status updates.

Maintain clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders.

Manage client relationships, expectations, negotiations, and critical situations.

Identify and resolve issues while maintaining operational control of the project.

Work under Traditional, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.

Required Experience & Knowledge You should have

10+ years of experience

as a Project Manager in technology or telecommunications, including:

Telecommunications projects

OSS (Operational Support Systems)

BSS (Business Support Systems)

Core Network

Project planning and execution

Requirements management

Change management

Risk and dependency management

Incident management

Client and stakeholder management

Executive reporting

Agile, Traditional, or Hybrid methodologies

Scrum

PMI / PMBOK

Jira

MS Project or similar project management tools

Nice to Have

PMP Certification

Scrum Master Certification

Experience with integration, modernization, or implementation of telecommunications platforms and applications.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience

in technology or telecommunications project management.

Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive, organized, analytical, and results-oriented.

Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and work under pressure.

Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills.

Location & Schedule Remote – Mexico

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:00 hrs

Workload:

Approximately 24–32 hours per week, depending on demand. Work model:

98% remote, with occasional visits to the client's offices in Mexico City when required.

Immediate availability is required. Candidates should have flexibility to provide the service preferably on an hourly basis.
