The Sales Representative/Executive is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Filorga and doctors in an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets. The Customer Development Representative/ Executive plays an integral role in driving consumer demand by:Customer RelationshipBuilding relationships with key contacts (e.g., doctors, buyers, store managers) and providing customers with objective and trustworthy analysis of their business in order to ensure that Customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Colgate products that receive optimal exposure at the retail store level. Proactively understanding the customer's needs and developing business solutions to meet Filorga and customer requirements.Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.Interpreting sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Colgate and the customer(s).Maximize account P&L for selected accounts.Sales Planning and Management Developing and executing customer plans that profitably increase sales volume, distribution and market share.Working with logistics to plan, analyze, and forecast customer(s) needs, to follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery, and to prioritize customer requirements when product is unavailable.Providing customer and shopper insights to drive incremental growth opportunities.Monitoring activity at clinic level and communicating competitive, category, and product (e.g., pricing, product assortment, promotion and placement) information impacting sales results to customer marketing and Customer management so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics.Understanding the strategic business purpose of in-store promotions and activities and ensuring that these activities (e.g., displays, POP, pricing, space/Planogram) are in compliance with plans and are successfully executed.Providing effective coverage and visiting assigned stores/customers with required frequency. Tracking KPIs and taking action to improve performance.What we're looking for:High level of self-discipline and professional rigor in field-based rolesStrong analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities or potential risksProactive "sense of urgency" in decision-making; able to translate data insights into immediate, effective field actionsExceptional empathetic communication skills that foster trust and partnership with healthcare professionalsWhat do you need to apply?Concluded Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commercial, Business or related fields2+ years of field sales experience in medical visiting within the Skin Health environmentActive driver's licenseIntermediate level of English (preferred)
