ObjectiveThe Reliability Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting facility operations through the effective management of inventory, materials, work orders, and data within the CMMS system. This role ensures equipment reliability, cost control, and timely availability of spare parts, working closely with maintenance and reliability teams.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate equipment, spare parts, and inventory information in the CMMS.Measure, analyze, and report inventory and work order metrics to leadership.Create, track, and close work orders, ensuring accurate and complete information.Manage spare parts and materials, including critical spares, receiving, cycle counts, and physical audits.Generate purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to maintain appropriate inventory levels.Process invoices, expenses, warranties, and returns in accordance with established policies.Prepare reports and analyses using Microsoft Office tools.Coordinate and validate third-party vendors prior to onsite services.Maintain the spare parts warehouse and work areas in accordance with 5S standards.Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, costs, and reliability.Requirements3 a 5 years of experience in administrative functions related to inventory, data, or budgeting.Intermediate to advanced English (required).Available to travel as requiredPreferred experience in technical, maintenance, reliability roles, or CMMS usage.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organization.Effective communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to change.En Walmart de México y Centroamérica estamos comprometidos con una cultura de pertenencia, por lo que buscamos incorporar el mejor talento basándonos en competencias, habilidades y potencial; no discriminamos por ningún motivo, incluyendo género, edad, origen étnico, apariencia física, estado civil, condiciones de salud por VIH o cualquier enfermedad, situación socioeconómica, discapacidad, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género por ello durante el proceso de atracción y selección no solicitaremos información personal, fotografías o análisis clínicos de ningún tipo.
