The Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, define product roadmaps, and manage product life cycles from ideation to launch. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing user feedback, prioritizing product features, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role also involves monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.Mission Statement:Devise, design and build great products that users love.Key ResponsibilitiesWork very close to different stakeholders, potential users, users and dev team to understand all the parts of the product: Business, Customer Experience, Concept and Technical and serve as a moderatorUnderstand and get close to the targeted users. You're going to design a product they'd loveUnderstand general business logic and rulesCommunicate effectively within all Product Development Areas: Developers, Testers, Dev Lead - CTO and UX/UI designerDefine and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.Translate high-level concepts into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver features on time and with quality.Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective.Conduct user testing, QA validation, and performance checks to ensure products meet quality standards.Perform product demos and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing progress, validating solutions, and gathering feedback to guide decision-making.Measure product performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesEstablish and manage feedback collection processes (from users, internal teams, analytics, and stakeholders) to inform and evolve the product roadmap.Ensure transparent communication and stakeholder alignment, managing expectations and trade-offs effectively.RequirementsExperience in cross-functional teamsExperience with agile practices/methodologiesYou have work previously defining products, features and roadmapsClose interaction with developers and development tools such as teams, slack, Git Hub, Jira, Figma, etc.Knowledge of concepts related to Information Architecture and Software Architecture (as we build software platforms)Have been involved providing service to clients in USAExcellent English oral communication skillsComfortable presenting virtually and in-person, adapting communication style to different formats and audiences.Very outgoing attitude and willing to solve the obstacles ahead to generate a product as the market needs itQualificationsStrong skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and life cycle managementExperience in gathering user feedback, conducting market research, and data-driven decision-makingProficiency in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholdersExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesProblem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environmentKnowledge of digital product development, UX/UI principles, and Agile methodologiesBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, or related disciplinePrior experience in a product management or similar role; experience in digital business/technology is an advantage
