We are looking for a skilledFunctional QA Engineerwith strong experience in manual testing within Digital platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related applications. The ideal candidate should be well‐versed in SDLC, defect management, API testing concepts, and Agile methodologies. Experience in retail or wholesale food distribution industries will be an added advantage.Performfunctional, integration, and regression testingfor Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.Participate inrequirements grooming sessionsand review functional specifications.Create, manage, and executetest scenarios, test cases, and test plans.Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to ensure quality deliverables.Contribute torelease readinessand represent QA during sprint reviews and release sign‐offs.Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure completeness of testing across all dependent systems.3+ years of Manual Testing experiencein Digital platforms withSalesforce Marketing Cloud.~ Functional Testing~ Salesforce Marketing Cloud~ SDLC & Test Management~ JIRA or any defect tracking tools~ Agile methodology (Scrum)~ Requirements grooming and release processes~ Bug lifecycle management~ Excellentverbal and written English communication.~ Experience in theRetail or Wholesale Food Distributionindustry.PostmanProactive mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.Major Medical Expenses Insurance~ Minor Medical Expense Insurance~ Additionally, we provide continuous training and development opportunities to help our employees achieve their professional goals.
