Our Core Recruiting team plays a key role in helping clients hire essential business, creative, operational, and support roles that keep their teams running smoothly.We're looking for a Core Recruiter to join our team and own recruiting processes end to end, with a strong focus on speed, clarity, and candidate readiness.This role is ideal for someone with recruiting experience who enjoys managing multiple searches, working closely with internal teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, remote environment.What you'll do:As a Core Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing recruiting searches from start to finish and ensuring candidates are fully prepared before reaching clients.Your responsibilities will include:Owning end-to-end recruiting processes, from intake to placementManaging multiple active searches in parallelSourcing and screening candidates across Latin AmericaConducting screening interviews focused on fit, communication, and readinessPreparing candidates thoroughly before client interviewsDelivering interview-ready candidates quickly and consistentlyFollowing defined screening criteria and scorecardsKeeping candidate and pipeline information updated in our ATSCommunicating clearly with Account Managers and the Head of OperationsEscalating early when requirements change or searches stallTypes of roles you'll recruit for:Video EditorsVirtual AssistantsDesignersContent and marketing rolesOperations and administrative rolesOther core business rolesWhat we're looking for:2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or agency environmentsExperience recruiting roles such as operations, creative, marketing, or support profilesExperience working with US-based clients and LATAM candidatesFluent English (written and spoken)Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skillsOrganized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple searches at onceProactive and ownership-driven mindsetTools & Skills:Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with processes, documentation, and scorecardsAbility to work independently in a remote setupWhat we offer:Full-time, fully remote roleBase salary of USD $1,200 per monthCommission-based incentives tied to successful placementsA collaborative, international teamClear expectations and structured processesOpportunities to grow as the Core Recruiting team scalesWhy This Role?The Core Recruiting team is essential to Tecla's success.
