About the Role:We're looking for aClient Solution Owner (CSO)to join our delivery team and play a critical role in ensuring successful, value-driven client implementations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong business mindset, solid technical understanding, and the ability to guide clients toward effective and sustainable solutions. You'll act as the key bridge between client stakeholders and the delivery team, owning the product backlog and ensuring that what we deliver truly meets operational needs and business objectives.What You'll Do:Guide clients by proposing appropriate solution approaches, trade-offs, and best practices.Ensure delivery of aminimal, value-focused configurationaligned with business goals.Own and manage theproduct backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and ongoing maintenance.Translate client requirements into clear, well-defined backlog items in collaboration with the delivery team.Ensurenon-development activities(training preparation, testing support, environment setup, etc.) are represented and prioritized in the backlog.Involve clients in acceptance and validation activities and manage change requests effectively.Contribute to planning and scheduling based on sprint plans and delivery progress.Review sprint outcomes to confirm delivered functionality meets intended objectives.Must-have skills:Strong experience managing product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable backlog items.Well-rounded technical background combined with a strong business mindset.Experience working directly with clients and guiding solution decisions.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Nice-to-have skills:Airline industry business knowledge.Experience working on complex system integrations.Background in aviation operations or airline planning systems.About Global Logic:Global Logic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a leader in digital engineering.
