Please use English CV to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle accounting, tax, and reporting functions for our LATAM legal entities (e.g., Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Brazil).Manage local month-end close processes, ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial statements under US GAAP / IFRS.Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory audits, and invoice issuance rules in each country.Coordinate and manage outsourced accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in each jurisdiction.Collaborate closely with the Group Controller and HQ finance team to support:ERP system implementation & financial data migrationIntercompany reconciliation and audit preparationLocal-to-consolidated financial package alignmentProvide finance business partner support to local ops & BD teams (e.g., spend control, forecast, reporting).Qualifications5+ years of finance/accounting experience across multiple LATAM countries, preferably in tech, fintech, or multinational companies.Solid knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting for 2+ of the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Brazil.Fluent in Spanish and English (required), Mandarin is a plus.Hands-on, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple countries remotely.Proficiency in Excel and modern financial tools.Experience with Audit readiness or multi-entity consolidation is a strong advantage.
