Tu objetivo será asegurar información confiable y accionable para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, trabajando de cerca con el equipo de Finanzas, Operaciones, Comercial, Tesorería y Contabilidad.¿Análisis y Forecast:Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización del forecast mensual (ventas, margen, SG&A, EBITDA) y el seguimiento de variaciones.Presupuesto Anual:Dar soporte en la consolidación de inputs, validación de supuestos y armado de vistas comparables.Reporting Ejecutivo:Preparar KPIs, tendencias, insights y mensajes clave para reportes mensuales y trimestrales.Modelado Financiero:Construir y mantener modelos de P&L, rentabilidad por producto/canal y análisis ad hoc.Gestión de Cash Flow:Dar seguimiento a los drivers de capital de trabajo (AR/AP/Inventory) para identificar riesgos y oportunidades.Optimización Operativa:Analizar productividad comercial, mix de ventas, descuentos, fletes y notas de crédito.Mejora Continua:Automatizar y estandarizar reportes y plantillas para reducir el trabajo manual y elevar la confiabilidad de los datos.Colaboración Interfuncional:Asegurar la consistencia entre FP&A y Contabilidad (clasificaciones, accruals y cierres).Formación:Licenciatura terminada o por terminar en Finanzas, Economía, Contabilidad, Ingeniería, Actuaría o afín.Idiomas:Inglés indispensable (avanzado para reportes y comunicación).Herramientas:Dominio intermedio–avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets (tablas dinámicas, funciones, limpieza de datos).Indispensable :Disponibilidad para viajar a USA frecuentemente. ( VISA y pasaporte vigentes)Habilidades:Capacidad analítica, comunicación efectiva de hallazgos, organización y gran atención al detalle.Manejo de SAP u otros ERP, herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau) y conocimientos generales de estados financieros.En Rotoplas, estamos comprometidos con un lugar de trabajo diverso e inclusivo.
