Fleet asset specialist

Job Responsibilities:# Be familiar with and interpret local customs import and export preferential policies, handle related tax exemptions and customs clearance qualifications.# Review and verify declaration data, establish an import/export data management and archiving system to ensure accurate and traceable declarations.# Lead local customs compliance inspections and establish mechanisms to respond to customs audits, and improve internal processes.# Coordinate the system requirements for customs-related IT modules, and plan the construction of a customs clearance system.# Ensure that overseas customs management and procedures comply with local customs regulatory policies, and develop and improve internal customs operation standards and process manuals.Job Requirements:# Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in customs management, international trade, logistics, supply chain management, law, finance, or economics.# Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Power Point).# Familiar with customs laws and regulations, international trade policies, and import/export business processes.# Strong cross-departmental communication skills, able to efficiently coordinate with customs, logistics, finance, and other departments.# Proficient in Spanish and English, with strong abilities in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
