In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions.We are seeking a Senior Copilot Engineerto support the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Copilot Studio–based solutions for enterprise automation, reporting, and knowledge management use cases. The ideal candidate has experience inMicrosoft 365 ecosystems,Power Platform,Copilot Studio, andAI workflow automation.Responsibilities:Design, configure, and deployCopilot Studio solutionsto support automation, reporting, and knowledge discovery scenarios.Develop and optimizeprompts,flows, andtopicsfor natural language–based interactions.Integrate Copilot Studio withMicrosoft 365,Share Point,Power BI, and connectors forSalesforce,SAP, andService Now.Implementretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)and document summarization workflows within Copilot Studio.Createworkflow automationsusingPower Automate, ensuring reliability and efficiency.Performscenario testing, security validation, andaccess control configurationaligned to governance requirements.Support the development ofmetadata tagging,data source mapping, andcompliance documentation.Collaborate with theAI Center of Excellence (Co E)and internal enablement teams for user training and adoption.Participate in defining success criteria, testing acceptance, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Copilot solutions across departments.Required Qualifications:4–6 yearsof experience inMicrosoft cloud development,automation, orPower Platform engineering.Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Copilot StudioorPower Virtual Agents,Power Automate, andPower Apps.Strong understanding ofMicrosoft 365 integration(Share Point, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).Experience configuringAPI and data connectorsto systems such asSalesforce,SAP, orService Now.Knowledge ofAI prompt engineering,workflow orchestration, anddata governanceconcepts.Familiarity withRAG,semantic search, anddocument summarizationuse cases.Working knowledge ofAzure Active Directory,Dataverse, androle-based access control (RBAC).Excellent troubleshooting and testing skills for Copilot Studio and Power Automate environments.English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.What we offer:At Apex systems it is important to us that our employees feel comfortable and feel an important part of the organization.
