With a strong global footprint, we design, develop, manufacture, and integrate advanced driveline technologies for more than 90% of the world's vehicle manufacturers.Position MissionEnsure the timely and accurate supply of raw materials based on MRP requirements in MFG/Pro, while adhering to inventory policies and guidelines to guarantee on-time delivery to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize raw material supply to production lines using MRP planning.Generate and manage supplier delivery schedules through the Supplier Web.Monitor and follow up on supplier material deliveries on a weekly basis.Collaborate with project and engineering teams during new product introductions (NPI).Coordinate with Freight Service to reduce transportation costs and improve logistics efficiency.Evaluate supplier delivery performance (DSA).Analyze material coverage impacted by quality rejections.Ensure raw materials arrive on time and in the correct quantities according to MRP requirements.Communicate critical raw material status to relevant business units.Control supplier shipments in alignment with delivery programs.Prepare a weekly report tracking critical material deliveries.Maintain inventory levels in accordance with GKN inventory policies.Manage supplier invoice delivery for system processing.Define inbound and outbound dates for raw materials when changes in sourcing occur.Required Technical Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge and experience with MRP systems (MFG/Pro preferred).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Advanced English proficiency (minimum 80%).Solid negotiation skills.Knowledge of Foreign Trade / International Commerce regulations and processes.What We OfferCompetitive compensation.Comprehensive benefits package, including:Voluntary Benefits ProgramsOpportunities for professional growth within a global automotive leader.A collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement–driven culture.Ready to play a key role in ensuring supply chain excellence?Apply today and help drive the future of mobility with GKN Automotive.
