Éste es un rol junior con formación estructurada y acompañamiento de vendedores senior, ideal para quienes están iniciando su carrera comercial en logística.¿Qué harás?- Desarrollar y retener clientes: construye relaciones de largo plazo y maximiza la rentabilidad de tu cartera.Generar nuevo negocio en la región: cold calling, prospección y creación de leads.Negociar soluciones logísticas integrales (marítimo/aéreo, trucking, almacenaje, distribución, aduanas, seguro de carga).Planear y gestionar tu portafolio de cuentas, con seguimiento constante a expectativas del cliente.Usar redes y múltiples canales de venta para colaborar con clientes y marketing, ofreciendo la cadena completa de servicios de OEC Group.Visitas a clientes (internas y externas), evaluación de necesidades y cierre de oportunidades.Requisitos- Interés y/o experiencia inicial en Ocean Freight / entorno NVOCC.Confort con cold calling, prospección y visitas a clientes para cerrar cuentas.Inglés es un plus;Excelente comunicación, paciencia y enfoque al servicio.Orientación al cliente, planificación/organización y gestión del tiempo frente a plazos y obstáculos.️ Horario: L–V, 9:00 a 18:00 (CST).Compensación y beneficios- Salario competitivo + comisiones del 10% basadas en la utilidad de tu cartera.Tras aprobar el periodo introductorio de 90 días:- Seguro de gastos médicos individual (médico, dental y visión).Vacaciones superiores a la leyPersonal DaysVales de despensaVales de gasolina (sujeto a aprobación de gerencia)Fondo de ahorroOportunidades de desarrollo profesionalSobre OEC GroupFundada en 1981, OEC Group es líder NVOCC con sede en Taipéi, oficinas regionales en Nueva York y presencia en Asia, Norteamérica y Europa.
