Objetivo GeneralGarantizar el diseño y la implementación de la estrategia de RR. HH para la unidad de negocio de GTA en Mexico, velando por todos los procesos que componen el ciclo del empleado: reclutamiento, onboarding, desarrollo, capacitación, desempeño, compensación, cultura y offboarding, alineado con las metodologías globales del grupo y los procesos del Shared Services Center en Mexico.Las principales responsabilidades del rol son:- Trabajar de la mano con los líderes, asesorándolos en todos los temas y procesos de gestión de talento y RR. HHPosicionar el área de RR. HH como pilar estratégico del negocio, adaptando los procesos para garantizar mayor eficiencia e impacto en el talentoSeguir con la implementation de las estrategias definidas para reducir la rotación voluntaria e incrementar las tasas de retención, a través de la correcta identificación de oportunidades y la puesta en marcha de planes de acción.Seguir con la implementation de las estrategias definidas para para reducir la rotación voluntaria e incrementar las tasas de retención, a través de la correcta identificación de oportunidades y la puesta en marcha de planes de acciónContinuar con el análisis [GMC1] de compensación a mediano y largo plazo para reducir las brechas con el mercado y dar foco a los talentos clave de la unidad de negocioPromover una cultura de alto desempeño en la unidad de negocio, a través de estrategias de gestión de talento, desarrollo, entrenamiento y acompañamiento a líderesGarantizar la efectividad organizacional a través del análisis crítico de estructuras y perfiles de la unidad de negocio, para cumplir los objetivos organizacionalesRealizar el seguimiento de KPIs mensuales en relación con el Shared Services Center y presentarlos en reuniones mensuales a nivel regional[GMC2]El perfil necesario para el rol es:- 7 años de experiencia en roles de HRBPMínimo 2 años de experiencia como HRBpResolución de problemas y capacidad de negociaciónTrabajo bajo presiónAtención a los detallesLicenciatura terminada.Inglés avanzado.Competencias corporativas requeridas para el puesto- Microsoft officeWorkday (deseable)[GMC1]Sobre este tema, nada fue empezado ya ?
