Job Title: Tech Ops EngineerLocation: Mexico RemoteDuration: Full TimeJob Description:Mandatory Experience:5+ years in Tech Operations or Application Support roles.Hands-on experience with JIRA, Git Hub, and Azure Dev Ops.Strong understanding of patching, software version management, and deployment processes.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end support for enterprise tools including JIRA, Git Hub, Workfront, Kronos, Metric Stream (GRC), and Azure Dev Ops.Perform patching, version upgrades, and maintenance of supported applications.Support deployment activities for Run applications, ensuring adherence to change management processes.Monitor application health and proactively address performance or availability issues.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.Maintain documentation for configurations, patches, and operational procedures.Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.Provide customer-focused support and timely communication during incidents and planned maintenance.Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.
