Visit our websiteor our career page HEREJob DescriptionWe are looking for aMarketing Junior Manager - Samsung TV Plus'The Business Development Manager (BDM) – Government Market is a senior, hunter-profile sales role responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing new B2B business opportunities within federal, state, and municipal government institutions. This role requires a strong ability to engage in high-level, C-suite and decision-maker conversations, manage complex sales cycles, and drive growth across multiple B2B industries serving the public sector.The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with specialized government channels, system integrators, and strategic partners, along with a well-established network across public sector institutions. A proactive, results-driven mindset and strong consultative selling skills are essential.'Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and execution of marketing activations.Management of partner relationships and communications.Organization and coordination of events.Development and execution of TV advertising campaigns.Creative concept development for videos and communication materials (idea only, no production).Preparation of creative briefings for video production agencies.Management of relationships with subsidiaries.Administration of international channels in Brazil and Mexico through a single point of contact.Strategic social media management.Planning and execution of digital campaigns.Public Relations (PR) management.Press key management: relationships with media, press, and influencers.Integration of Mexico-based partners into LATAM meetings and initiatives.Monitoring key metrics and validating campaign results.Tracking and analysis of PR performance reports.Driving growth in monthly active users and increasing total usage hours.'Essential Skills & QualificationsBackground in the entertainment industry.Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and streaming content dynamics, including how to work with intangible brand and content value.Preferred experience in pay TV, streaming, or related industries (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount, HBO, etc.).High level of autonomy and self‐management; dynamic profile with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience managing regional or multi‐market operations.Strong relationships with TV channels, including planning, opportunity identification, and collaboration.Experience working with a large channel ecosystem (approximately 160 television channels in Mexico).Join a Global TeamWork with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.Tackle Big ChallengesOur history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
