Your careerstarts here.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Leadership Development in Procurement (LDP) Program (all genders) is designed to cultivate procurement professionals equipped with essential skills to lead meaningful initiatives, drive innovation and shape the future of Bayer's global Procurement organization. During the 18-month program, you will activelycollaborate in international teams gaining knowledge and experience in a wide range of subject areasAchieve learning and development objectives and deliver business results during project-based rotations(each 3 months in duration) across all areas of Procurement.
