E-commerce Account Manager (Helium 10) Remote – MexicoFull-time | Permanent (Payroll: 26 K MXN - 32 K MXN | Direct: 32 K MXN - 38 K MXN)We are seeking a skilled Amazon Account Manager administrator to take full ownership of client accounts, drive advertising strategy, and optimize listings across multiple marketplaces. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, deep experience in Amazon Seller Central, and a passion for performance marketing.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of assigned Amazon accounts (listings, ads, reporting).Launch and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.Handle budget pacing, ACOS/TACOS optimization, and keyword strategy.Write and upload optimized titles, bullets, and A+ content.Collaborate with design teams for Brand Stores and product imagery.Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and maintain ASIN hygiene.Maintain dashboards, forecasting models, and SKU-level profitability tracking.Lead bi-weekly client calls and present actionable insights.Requirements:~2+ years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.~ Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple brands/regions.~ Strong grasp of ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, and rank movement tracking.~ Experience with tools like Scale Insights, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive.~ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.~ Fluent English communication (written and spoken).~ Stable internet connection and ability to work US business hours.Nice to Have:Experience with CPG brands or agencies.Familiarity with AWD/FBA logistics and inventory forecasting.Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CT; Friday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM CT.Final offer will be based on experience, technical proficiency, and interview performance.BenefitsPayroll:12 vacation days, 15 days Christmas bonus, major medical insurance, life insurance, IMSS enrollment + Laptop EquipmentDirect Contractor:
