You'll ensure influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts run smoothly, on time, and with precision. At The Outloud Group, it's not just about checking boxes—it's about delivering top-tier campaigns that leave brands and creators excited to work with us again. You'll work closely with internal teams, influencers, and clients to keep campaigns moving forward, problem-solve on the fly, and ensure every element meets the highest standards. Manage campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on trackCoordinate with influencers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless executionTrack and review influencer content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with campaign guidelinesEnsure all campaign elements are delivered on time, with a high standard of quality6+ months of experience in operations, project management, influencer marketing, or a related field~ Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, influencers, and team members~ Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently~ Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch~ Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello)~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, with full-time availability based in Mexico///The Outloud Group is a full-service influencer marketing agency that creates & executes strategic campaigns to deliver measurable results.
