About the RoleWe're hiring a Junior Business Analyst to own data quality and validation work across client CRM implementations.This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and implementation. Your work will directly impact onboarding success, automation accuracy, and reporting reliability.It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with real datasets and wants to build a strong foundation to grow into more advanced analytical or implementation-focused roles.What You'll DoReview, clean, and validate contact, company, deal, and activity data before and after CRM migrationsPerform QA on data imports to ensure correct field mapping, associations, and formattingIdentify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values, and data anomaliesApply standardized rules for data normalization (names, emails, phone numbers, dates, statuses)Prepare clean, structured datasets to support implementation projectsDocument data issues and flag risks or edge cases for the implementation teamAssist with post-migration validation and spot checksCollaborate with Business Analysts / Implementation Specialists during onboarding and migration phasesWhat We're Looking ForDegree in Business, Mathematics, Informatics, Data, or a related field0–2 years of experience in data, analytics, operations, or related roles (or recent graduate)Strong comfort working with spreadsheets and structured dataExperience with Google Sheets or Excel (filters, formulas, conditional logic)Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem solvingAbility to review large datasets and spot inconsistenciesAbility to follow defined processes and apply consistent standardsCurious mindset and willingness to learn CRM systemsClear written communication and documentation skillsNice to HaveExposure to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)Basic SQL or data querying experienceBackground in business analytics, data analysis, or information systemsWhy This RoleClear scope focused on data quality and validationMentorship from experienced analysts and implementation specialistsReal-world exposure to CRM systems and business dataClear growth path into broader Business Analyst or Implementation roles
