Extrusion Process ExpertLocation: MexicoJob Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Extrusion Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in EPDM extrusion processes . You will be responsible for operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.Key Responsibilities:Creation, Implementation and Compliance with Extrusion StandardsSearching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on In-line solutions.Optimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions)Design and implementation of extrusion tool modifications.Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivityIdentify and resolve technical issues during extrusion processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and engineeringParticipate in continuous improvement activities and process innovationRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of practical experience in extrusion technologyMinimum 5 years of practical experience in Project Management incl. project responsibilityWorking knowledge of Catia software for checking and modifying extrusion tools.Communicative level of English (both spoken and written)Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a problem-solving mindsetWillingness to travel based on project or internal customers' needsPreferred Attributes:Strong technical background in EPDM extrusion Static and Dynamic profiles.Team player with good communicationOpen to learning and adapting in a dynamic production environmentDecision-making based on factsCommon sense and perception of context
