It's a place where ideas are valued, results matter, and growth happens quickly.We're hiring a Marketing Specialist focused on Demand & Lead Generation to help us consistently get in front of the right buyers and convert interest into qualified sales conversations.This role sits at the intersection of marketing, growth, and revenue. You'll own outbound-led demand programs, prospect targeting, and warm lead generation that directly fuels our sales pipeline.This is not a brand-only or content-only marketing role. It's a hands-on execution role for someone who wants clear ownership over pipeline creation and revenue impact.What You'll DoBuild and execute demand generation campaigns to drive qualified sales conversationsRun targeted outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and light callingDevelop and manage outreach sequences and follow-up workflowsIdentify, research, and prioritize ideal customer profilesTrack and optimize performance across outreach channelsMaintain clean lead data and reporting within CRMPartner closely with sales to refine messaging and conversionDevelop content that provides a clear and concise value proposition and tells our storyWhat Success Looks LikeSales calendars stay consistently full with qualified meetingsStrong show rates driven by effective follow-upOutbound activity creates warm inbound momentumClear, measurable impact on pipeline and revenue, increasing conversion ratesConsistent daily execution and ownership of resultsWhat You Bring2+ years experience in demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketingDemonstrated success generating qualified leads or meetingsStrong written communication and messaging skillsComfort executing outbound outreach and handling objectionsExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM toolsAbility to work independently and manage performance against goalsHigh Proficiency in English requiredApply by emailing KJohnson@Bravada.us
