We provide a customer-focused approach to building authentic partnerships with our clients.What we look for:We are seeking Gaming Content Moderators to oversee discussion board content within a well-known online video game. This role will be instrumental in catching sensitive, inappropriate and/or lewd content, threats, violence and/or any other content prohibited by the game. The ideal candidates have prior experience being exposed to highly graphic content.Responsibilities:Review content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and qualityContent moderation types include Image, Text, Video, Audio, and 3D experiencesMaintain a high level of compliance and confidentiality standardsFrequently review training material to remain current and knowledgeable on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updatesComply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by operational goalsReview sensitive content including the reporting and handling of inappropriate materialQualifications:Ability to handle large amounts of user generated contentAbility to deal with sensitive situations and malicious content onlineAbility to be objective instead of subjectiveExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a teamCritical thinking and investigative skillsAbility to quickly adapt and adjust priorities as new projects and processes come onlineStrong written and verbal communicationComputer skills including comprehensive experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and slide deck software (ideally in Google Workspace)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Trust and Safety field (Or equivalent experience in Moderation or Support)Knowledge of the gaming industry, social media industry, or any combination thereofUnderstanding of social media content creation and the impacts it can haveStays up to date with online trends and popular cultureWhile no specific degree is required, degrees related to psychology, communications, or investigations have been found to be helpful
