As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. Lead projects and mentor team members in both user research and designBe the voice of the user, leveraging empathy and data to inform design decisionsDrive end-to-end UX—from discovery research and insights through concept ideation, prototyping, and deliveryOur DeloitteCustomerteam empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design. Our team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience~ Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry~ Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams~ Advanced English level~ Combined UX research and/or UX design experience on digital platforms~ Proven success driving end-to-end UX projects from problem framing to delivered solutions~ Advanced proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop), design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and prototyping platforms (e.g., In Vision)~ Robust portfolio or case studies demonstrating both the research process and design outcomes, with a clear explanation of your impact~ Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams, with strong collaboration and organizational skillsSolid knowledge of accessibility, usability standards, and design systemsOur people and cultureOur inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute to their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
