Our purpose is to build bridges, change careers and transform people's future.The Head of Cybersecurity will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the organization's comprehensive cybersecurity strategy in Mexico, ensuring information protection, business continuity, and regulatory compliance. This role will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with key areas to mitigate risks and respond to incidents.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.Oversee risk management, vulnerability assessments, and internal and external audits.Coordinate incident response and recovery plans.Manage relationships with vendors, regulators, and compliance entities.Monitor emerging trends and threats to ensure technological resilience.Administer the department's budget and optimize resources.Develop and train the team on best practices and international standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
