The Sales Supervisor leads and supports a team of sales professionals promoting and sellingGlobalNow Tech's anti-theft solutions, including GPS trackers, immobilizers, and recovery systems. The role drives revenue growth through performance management, coaching, and customerengagement strategies, and requires a deep understanding of the product line and the competitivelandscape.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Train, mentor, and onboard new sales representatives on product knowledge and salesstrategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and develop improvement plans asneeded.
- Support the team in managing B2B and B2C relationships, including dealerships, fleets, andretail customers.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries, concerns, and complex sales issues promptly andprofessionally.
- Uphold exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction throughout the salesprocess.
Customer & Account Management

Requirements
- Monitor sales activity and pipeline metrics, and forecast performance trends.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and market insights.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and achieve business goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all anti-theft products, including features, benefits, andcompetitive differentiators
- Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Assist with product launches, demos, and technical training sessions for clients and staff.
- Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Adaptable across job functions and quick to learn new procedures
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively with external vendors, including fee verification
- Proficiency with internal and external operating systems
- Familiarity with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic SQL
- Monthly Bonus: $1,000 dollars based on performance.
- Salary : $6,000 weekly tax free
