We are looking for a Sales Account Manager LATAM to join Stevanato Group in our Monterrey subsidiary. The chosen candidate achieves targets assigned, manages the selling process, interacts directly with internal peer functions as well as deals directly with selected customers accordingly to the commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.Responsibilities- Supports manager above in the go to market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts in order to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.Acts the go to market strategy operative targets and manages efficiently the budget assigned.Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio and the development of customer prospect in the area of relevance, manages autonomously sector penetration in the ways and times agreed with manager above, accompanied by sales team to handle complex negotiations.Builds and develops effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, building long term relationships with key decision makers and influencer across customer organization in order to create effectivecompany competitive advantage.Collaborates with Sales Division and involves subject matters experts across SG organization according with projects impacts and scopes in order to foster the SG sales approach and deliver added value solutions and serve as lead point of contact for all customeraccount management matters assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Analyses and identifies potentialand emerging trends in order to monitor and exploitcommercial opportunities for SG added value solutions.Tracks key account metrics,oversees targets achievement progression and monitorsrelevant KPI's in order to promptly identifycorrective actions in collaboration with Sales Team as well as functions involved.Keeps promptly and accurately up-to-date tools, systems, data and records, in alignment with corporate guidelines, policies, best practices and procedures, such as CRM System.Ensures the propermanagement of budgetin line with business objectives.Builds effective and sustainable partnerships leading the relationships with potential customers as well as the internal and external stakeholders and influencers fostering the SG competitive advantages within the emerging marketsQualifications
