Software Product Manager
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote
Fluent English; Our client is seeking a hands-on Software Product Manager with experience in B2B SaaS product ownership, backlog management, and rapid feature delivery to join their growing team. You will own core features of a healthcare compliance SaaS platform, driving execution from discovery and prototyping through development and launch. Your work will directly impact product quality, engineering efficiency, and the adoption of intuitive, self-service software by small and mid-sized businesses.
Manage backlog health, sprint readiness, delivery quality, and roadmap execution in a fast-paced product environment.
Write clear, actionable Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to execute efficiently.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements refinement using a lightweight, pragmatic delivery approach.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including user story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
Fluent English, availability to work primarily in EST, and a proactive, self-directed mindset comfortable with ambiguity.
Experience in healthcare technology, compliance software, or regulated industries.
