HR Business Partner Senior

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders and drive people strategies that support organizational objectives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to designated client groups, helping translate business priorities into talent solutions while fostering a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
You will play a key role in talent acquisition, labor relations, employee development, performance management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that enable long-term business success.

We work collaboratively across functions to support business growth while applying Principle Based ManagementTM to develop people, improve processes, and achieve superior results.
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
Provide HR consultation and recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements while promoting a fair, safe, and engaging work environment.
Experience coordinating and leading HR projects
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and attract, hire, and onboard high-quality talent.
Support performance management processes and guide leaders in maximizing employee contribution and development.
Manage complex employee relations matters, labor issues, investigations, performance improvement plans, and separation processes.
Support employee communications and help strengthen understanding of HR programs, policies, and business initiatives.
Build strong partnerships across HR functions and other business teams to develop solutions that create value for the organization.
Champion company culture and serve as a proactive steward of Principle Based ManagementTM.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support initiatives related to quality, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR leadership role within a multinational organization.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook.
Demonstrated business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting automotive and/or electronics manufacturing operations.
Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience with talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
Knowledge of structured problem‐solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, 8D, DMAIC, or Pareto Analysis.
