Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that promote our travel agency's services, destinations, and travel experiences. The ideal candidate will increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales growth through digital and traditional marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote travel packages, tours, and servicesPlan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads)Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materialsManage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channelsAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activitiesCollaborate with sales, operations, and partners (hotels, airlines, tourism boards) to create joint promotionsPlan and execute seasonal campaigns, special offers, and destination launchesManage marketing budgets and track ROI and campaign performanceOrganize promotional events, travel fairs, and influencer or media partnershipsMonitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvementRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (travel or hospitality industry preferred)Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platformsExcellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skillsExperience with analytics tools Strong project management and organizational skillsCreative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingPreferred Skills and Experience Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industryKnowledge of destination marketing and travel consumer behaviorFamiliarity with influencer marketing and affiliate partnershipsGraphic design or basic video editing skillsExperience managing external agencies or freelancers
