After-sales Maintenance managementWill be responsible for Mexico after-sales service site management, include:service TAT(Repair turnaround time)management, sparearts review, service network extension, repair cost management and so on.Customer repair service satisfaction management,include:regular customer site visits to identify pain points,make action to improve customer satisfaction and track the progress to keep that the action is effect to improve customer satisfaction,customer recall for satisfaction.Coordinate internal resources to provide effective support, ensuring timely and sustainable resolution of customer issues.2. Technical support & TrainingBased on daily repair issues at the service center, develop targeted training programs to enhance technicians' capabilities in resolving recurring problems.New product training,after company launch new product,give service center correspond training.Collect product quality issue and give feedback to company,track the progress of solution for quality issue.3.Promote Service sales:Warranty extension service.Maintenance card service.4.Repair devices:Need repair some customer's devices.Requirements:Fluent English, both spoken and written, for technical communication and coordination with global teams.Proven experience in after-sales service and maintenance management.Candidates with experience for CCTV systems, electronic security, IoT products/solutions are preferred.Hands-on experience in device/equipment repair and technical troubleshooting.Experience managing service centers and/or external service networks.Solid experience in repair turnaround time (TAT) management, spare parts review, and repair cost control.Experience in customer service and satisfaction management, including issue follow-up and resolution.Experience in service sales, such as warranty extension programs, maintenance plans, or service contracts.Technical KnowledgeStrong capability in diagnosing and repairing electronic or technical devices.Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.Ability to analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions.Experience in product quality issue identification, feedback to HQ or engineering teams, and solution tracking.Basic knowledge of spare parts inventory control.Technical Support & TrainingAbility to develop and deliver technical training programs based on daily repair issues.Experience providing new product training after product launches.Capability to create technical documentation, training materials, and service procedures.Commercial SkillsAbility to promote and drive after-sales service sales, including warranty extensions and maintenance service programs.Strong results-oriented and customer-focused mindsetKnowledge of brand products.Core CompetenciesStrong customer orientation and service mindset.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to travel for customer site visits and service center support.We Offer:Base salary (100% IMSS & taxable)Performance BonusLaw benefitsMajor medical InsuranceLife insuranceMeal vouchers20 days Christmas BonusSpecial permissions (marriage, birth of child & funeral)Travel expenses (lodging, meals)Send your resume.
