We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), analytical, and operationally oriented team member who can support our commercial operations and drive meaningful insights through data.This is a hands-on, generalist role ideal for someone early in their career (0–2 years experience) who enjoys blending data analysis, operational execution, and direct interaction with users.About the RoleThe Commercial Operations Analyst supports both the analytical framework and the execution of our commercial processes.This role offers a dynamic mix between:Analytics & Reporting — building dashboards, tracking metrics, and generating insights.Commercial Operations — working with sellers and buyers, supporting them operationally (not sales), and ensuring smooth marketplace activity through various projects and initiatives.Key Responsibilities Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain data dashboards and reports tracking marketplace performanceMonitor and analyze key metrics (activation, retention, conversion, seller performance)Provide weekly and ad-hoc insights to leadershipIdentify trends or operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements Commercial & Marketplace OperationsSupport seller and buyer operations on the platformCoordinate follow-ups with users (via CRM, WhatsApp, email)Assist in onboarding, troubleshooting, and user educationCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and ops teams User Support & Relationship ManagementServe as an operational contact for selected usersManage communications to resolve issues and clarify process stepsQualificationsBachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or related)0–2 years experience in analytics, operations, business, or similar functionsStrong analytical mindset and comfort working with data (Excel, spreadsheets, dashboards. SQL preferred.)Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)Comfortable with user communication and resolving operational issuesOrganized, proactive, and execution-orientedFamiliarity with CRM or automation tools is a plusExperience creating dashboards or operational metricsExperience using AI tools as productivity aids is a must
