Delivery Manager

You'll work with multiple Agile teams delivering complex software platforms and engineering services, with a strong focus on business value.We expect a Delivery Manager at Forte to be technically savvy and well-versed in Agile SDLC, Product Management, Solution Architecture, QA, DevOps, and SRE practices. You'll lead commercial engagements, contribute to internal improvement initiatives, collaborate across delivery units in South America and Europe, and participate on demand in sales, account management, and marketing activities, including presenting client business cases.Responsibilities in team managementBuild, grow, and transform teams with Engineering Management and client stakeholders, ensuring proper roles, skills, onboarding, tools, and accessMaintain transparency and clear visibility of team performance and delivery for Forte and client managementKick off new engagements, compose teams, and organize onboarding for team members and clientsAct as the default contact and escalation point for team-related mattersPerform Line Manager duties, delegate where appropriate, and support personal development plansSupport Resource Management and Talent Acquisition: track vacancies, define JDs, assign interviewers, and handle non-standard casesSupport HR BP processes: 1-1s, OKRs, feedback cycles, onboarding, probation, performance management, and early risk detectionEnsure balanced team skill sets and seniority mix; organize trainings, knowledge sharing, and career pathsMinimize attrition through development, promotions, and internal mobilityEnsure teams have required hardware, licenses, tools, and budgetsEnsure compliance with Forte and client procedures (QBRs, security training, surveys, feedback, etc.)Keep teams aligned with Forte's strategy, values, and customer-centric mindsetCommunicate team changes transparently (structure, newcomers, roles, seniority balance)Responsibilities in business outcomes deliveryUnderstand client business goals, plans, and customer needsBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify growth opportunitiesDeliver technical solutions that meet business needsDrive team excellence with focus on valuable outcomesPromote Agile values, product mindset, and collaborative cultureEnsure technical excellence, quality-first thinking, and simple architectureMaintain delivery frameworks and agreed ways of workingGuide teams in timely delivery of product increments and roadmapsSupport hiring, talent development, and retentionPropose technology-driven improvements to business processes and user experienceCommunicate effectively across teams and stakeholders to drive deliveryRequirementsProven experience leading software delivery in Agile environmentsExperience delivering commercial, revenue-generating software productsExperience managing technically complex platformsTechnical background in software development; QA experience is a plusStrong people management and talent development experienceExperience with technical design or architecture leadershipExperience managing multiple teams, ideally across geographiesPersonal qualitiesContinuous learning and improvement mindsetStrong delivery focus in high-velocity environmentsAbility to work under pressure with clear prioritizationPositive, pragmatic people-management approachExcellent communication skills and comfort with ambiguityFluent written and spoken English
