This entails building pipelines of talent, and developing innovative strategies for attracting candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, and research. In addition to executing the recruitment and selection process, the ideal candidate will activelypromote our employer brand, taking ownership of client communication and leveragingThe Talent AcquisitionSpecialists will continuously improve recruitment processes, utilizing data-driven insights andProfessional development opportunities and a supportive teamYou will be a member of the Talent Acquisition team working alongside other fellow recruiters. The Talent Acquisition team will own the hiring life cycle for their clients: job posting, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and coordinating hiring events.Running the Recruitment and Selection process at ITJ. Owning monthly, quarterly, and yearly Talent Acquisition OKRs.Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, future needs, and business-critical positions that are routinely filled throughout the year.Report on/maintain internal Applicant Tracking System data with candidate information.Actively sourcing for passive candidates through various talent portals (Social Media, Linked In, Indeed, Glass Door, OCC, etc)Update job postings through various career portals (Linked In, Indeed, Glass Door, OCC, etc).Work with Google Workspace programs (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc).Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or similar.IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, IT Recruitment Consultant, IT Headhunter, etc.)
