Acting as a liaison with the global product team, participating in pricing decisions, and providing key technical information that strengthens the sales proposal and facilitates closing deals, contributing to profitable business growth.Scope & Dimensions:•Countries or regions within the assigned sub-cluster•Applicable product line or sales channelresponsibilities:•Define and execute the product line strategy in the local market.•Coordinate and develop technical product specialists.•Provide specialized support to the sales area.•Act as a point of contact with the global product team for strategic alignment and knowledge transfer.•Participate in defining pricing and commercial policies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.•Provide key technical information to strengthen sales proposals and support closing deals.•Monitor market trends and propose innovations in the product offering.•Prepare product performance reports and present results to management.•Ensure ongoing technical training for the sales and customer service teams.•Product development (Fluid Power)•Competitive analysis•Collaborate in closing dealsRequirements:•Education: Completed Engineering Degree.•Experience: At least 5 years in the industrial sector in similar positions.•Advanced knowledge of power transmission, conveyors, modular systems, or fluid power.•Intermediate proficiency in technological tools (Excel, CRM, ERP).•Competencies: Learning Agility, Passion for Excellence, Customer Centricity, Building Relationships Through Collaboration, Visionary Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Business Acumen, Technical Acumen, Data & Technology Driven.
