Lideras la ejecución técnica de tu equipo, defines el "cómo" de las soluciones, y aseguras que cada línea de código esté al servicio del negocio. Si te motiva resolver problemas complejos mientras elevas el nivel de quienes trabajan contigo, este rol es para ti.Asegurar la factibilidad técnica y calidad del producto entregado, siendo responsable de estimaciones confiables que permitan planear adecuadamente.Facilitar decisiones técnicas colaborativas, desbloquear obstáculos y coordinar la ejecución del equipo.Mentorear a ingenieros en habilidades técnicas y de colaboración, elevando el nivel del equipo.Representar al equipo en conversaciones con producto, diseño y otras áreas — eres la voz técnica.Ejecución técnica: Guía la implementación y toma decisiones sobre arquitectura del producto, diseño y herramientas, participando activamente en el Discovery y en la definición de posibles soluciones.· Factibilidad y calidad: Responsable de la factibilidad técnica y de la calidad aplicada en el producto entregado, que implica ser confiable y responsable en estimaciones para poder planear adecuadamente las actividades del equipo.· Mentoría: Acompaña el crecimiento técnico de los ingenieros y fomenta estándares de alto nivel.6+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con experiencia previa como Software Engineer III o equivalente.Dominio profundo de nuestro stack técnico: Type Script/Node, Vue 3, o C#. NET. Experiencia diseñando soluciones escalables, mantenibles y seguras.Conocimiento avanzado de patrones de diseño, principios SOLID, testing automatizado y CI/CD.Experiencia práctica reciente escribiendo código y resolviendo bugs complejos — este rol sigue siendo hands-on.
