Financial Analyst – Manufacturing and Production IndustryLocation: Sahagún, HidalgoWork Mode: 100% On-siteA leading company in the railway sector is looking for a Financial Analyst with solid experience in industries such as manufacturing, metal-mechanics, automotive, or leasing to join the financial planning team focused on analysis, process optimization, and constant communication with the corporate office in the United States.Requirements:University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (mandatory)Over 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and planning in industrial sectorsAdvanced English (spoken and written) – required for reports, presentations, and contact with the U.S. corporate officeAdvanced Excel skills – handling large data volumes, financial modeling, complex formulas, and pivot tablesKnowledge of US GAAP; experience with lease accounting (ASC 842) is a plusExperience with tools such as OneStream, Microsoft D365, Power BI is desirableTechnical tests in Excel and English are part of the selection processMain Responsibilities:Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term plansDevelop robust financial models that support strategic decision-makingPerform detailed variance, trend, and financial performance analysesMonitor key financial KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and risksPrepare executive reports and presentations in English for the corporate officeAnalyze contractual documentation (sales orders, lease contracts) and their financial impactEnsure accuracy in planning operational and administrative expenses with department leadersCollaborate with areas such as production and operations to accurately reflect the impact on financial resultsMaintain financial data quality and promote improvements in reporting systems and toolsSupport special projects, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and automation of financial processesEnsure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standardsWe Offer:Gross monthly salary between $50,000 and $55,000 MXNLegal benefits and superior compensation package100% on-site work modeProfessional, challenging environment with development opportunities in a leading multinational company
