Our culture fosters innovation, collaboration, and a dedication to excellence.About the RoleThis role will be part of the sourcing team responsible forSortation Equipment and Integration Services, supporting large-scale, complex operations across a global network.Es un rol clave dentro de la organización, with high visibility and strategic impact.In addition to the core competencies required for aSourcing & Category Management role, this position demands experience inhighly technical, CAPEX-intensive environments.Aquí no hablamos solo de compras, hablamos de estrategia.Key Responsibilities & ExperienceLead globalCAPEX and OPEX category managementfor material handling and sortation equipment —gestión a nivel global, no local.Manage sourcing and contracting forsortation systems integration, including sorters, conveyor belts, and weight-and-dimension equipment (end-to-end responsibility).Drivestrategic sourcing initiativesfor complex capital projects —pasar de lo táctico a lo estratégico es fundamental.Lead competitive tenders and negotiations forEngineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)contracts.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams —trabajo cross-functional es clave para el éxito.Ideal Candidate Profile5+ years of experience working onsortation equipment projectsin the logistics, warehouse, or airport baggage handling industries.Experiencia real en campo.Background in major logistics players or similar organizations —entornos exigentes y de alto volumen.Experience working with leading vendorsAlternative Backgrounds• 5+ years of experience insourcing and contracting roleswithin theoil & gas industry—experiencia en proyectos complejos suma muchísimo.• Background managingCAPEX projectsfor theFMCG industry—ritmo rápido, presión alta, impacto real.
