Payroll clerk

Please note that this is a temporary position with an estimated project duration of 6 months.We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with extensive experience managing payroll for large numbers of employees. The position is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll cycles, legal compliance, audits, reporting, etc.Skills:Manage the full payroll cycle (calculation, stamping, payment, and reconciliation).Ensure compliance with tax obligations, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor regulations.Handle incidents, updates, and system changes (Tress, Tempus, Workday, Oracle).Coordinate internal and external payroll audits.Implement process improvements and controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Report key performance indicators.Incorporate incidents provided by Human Resources and validate the calculation of earnings, deductions, and contributions.Close monthly statements.Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to critical deadlines.Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (report handling, validations, and reconciliations).
