Posición: SAP PP/QMRemota en Méxicobeneficios superiores cv: adriana.juarez@pyramidci.comGeneral Description:Qualifications & Skills:• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and self-direction.• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.• Executive presence with the ability to engage CxO-level stakeholders.• Demonstrated success in team collaboration and project delivery.• Ability to articulate diverse technical perspectives and stay current with SAP advancements.• Effective time management and adaptability in dynamic environments.• Willingness to travel (up to 30%).Preferred Background:• Prior experience in consulting services or large-scale SAP implementations.• Track record of delivering SAP solutions in discrete manufacturing settings.Responsabilities:Project Leadership:o Lead overall SAP project delivery for discrete manufacturing plant setups.o Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.o Drive blueprinting, design workshops, and solution architecture sessions.• SAP Manufacturing Expertise:o Design and implement to-be processes based on SAP DTS Manufacturing (Production Planning) global templates.o Configure and maintain SAP ECC modules including:§ Production Execution§ Production Scheduling§ Quality Management§ Integration with Production Orchestration and Execution systems• Functional Integration:o Oversee master data setup: BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions.o Integrate with Demand Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Batch Management.o Support Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order processes with CO, WM, MM, SD, and Procurement modules.o Ensure seamless PP-QM integration and documentation.• Enhancements & Integration:o Lead development of RICEFW objects and process documentation.o Collaborate on MES and shop floor system integrations.
