Descripción
Build and scale the Engineering Center in Monterrey, expanding its team, capabilities, and scope.
Lead, develop, and mentor a growing team of engineering professionals.
Partner with multiple U.S. business units to understand their needs and expand engineering support from Mexico.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and position Monterrey as a trusted engineering partner.
Establish the structure, processes, KPIs, and operating standards required to support sustainable growth.
Own capacity planning, resource allocation, costs, and overall site performance.
Ensure high-quality execution across product development and design engineering activities.
Ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Perfil buscado
A successful Engineering Manager should have:
~10 years in engineering jobs
~ Proven experience in managing & scaling engineering teams and projects.
~ Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards.
~ Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
~ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
~ Commitment to driving innovation and effective operations.
