NA OS Attach Finance Lead
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Family Definition: This is a high-impact role at the heart of the NA OS Finance team and the broader NA Sales Finance organization (Caroline Alzein). As the NA Attach Finance Lead, the selected person will build a deep understanding of the business landscape, anticipate opportunities and challenges, and transform complex orders data into clear, actionable insights for HW BU business partners. The role will help shape decisions through strong cross-functional collaboration and a forward-looking view of business performance.

Key responsibilities
include driving the Orders forecast, Executive reviews, LTP and segmentation processes for NA Sales Finance, MEC-QEC-YEC cycles, and ad-hoc analysis and reporting. Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.) Mergers & Acquisitions). Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies. Ensures strong business controls.
Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives. Leads and advises on the most complex business initiatives, typically leading several analysts across multiple areas within finance and across geographies/organizations. Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross‐functional planning processes. advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred. Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

Excellent project management skills.
