As a Logistics Operations Manager within CEVA Freight Management Mexico S.A. you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our operational processes within the Core Transversal Functions division, specifically in the Contract Optimization department, this position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage logistics operations and drive continuous improvements aligned with our company's commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence.
Lead and manage personnel activities, including training coordination, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and capable workforce.
Continuously analyse and review operational results, feedback, and storage-related information to identify trends, derive actionable conclusions, and communicate findings and proposals to senior management for informed decision-making.
Support the development of project or program objectives related to operations and storage, encompassing budgeting, timelines, resource allocation, personnel management, and other project requirements while ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Interpret and apply departmental policies, procedures, and relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure operational compliance, seeking guidance when necessary and maintaining strict adherence to legal and internal standards.
Develop and implement root cause analysis action plans to address operational opportunities, driving continuous improvement and preventative measures across logistics functions.
