About the CompanyWe are partnering with a leading global technology company specializing in artificial intelligence and large language model (LLM) development.The organization develops AI systems used by millions of users worldwide, with a strong focus on language understanding, cultural context, and human-centered AI design.To support long-term LLM development, we are expanding an international team of English language specialists who will contribute directly to the training and evaluation of next-generation AI models.This is along-term, ongoing project , not a short-term task-based assignment.About the RoleAs anAI Language Data Specialist , you will work closely with AI systems to help improve how large language models understand meaning, tone, intent, and cultural nuance in English & Italian.Your contributions will be used directly in the training and refinement of state-of-the-art AI models.This role is well suited for candidates with strong language skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building long-term experience in the AI and technology sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAnnotate and review English & Mexican language text following detailed AI guidelinesEvaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriatenessIdentify edge cases, inconsistencies, and potential model weaknessesCreate or rewrite short text samples when requiredMaintain high quality standards while meeting project timelinesCollaborate with reviewers and project leads to continuously improve qualityRequired QualificationsNative or near-native Mexican & English proficiencyBachelor's degree or higher (all fields welcome; humanities and language-related fields preferred)Strong understanding of English-speaking cultures and usageExcellent reading comprehension and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with strong attention to detailReliable internet connection and professional availabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience in data annotation, content review, writing, editing, or translationBackground in linguistics, communication, education, or journalismInterest in AI, large language models, or emerging technologiesGraduate students or early-career professionals seeking long-term project workCompensation & GrowthCompetitive compensation aligned with the local marketRates adjusted based on experience, quality, and task complexityOpportunities forrate increases and expanded responsibilitiesover timeWhy Join This ProjectContribute directly to real-world AI and LLM developmentGain hands-on experience valued by AI labs and technology companiesWork within an international, professional research-oriented environmentBuild a strong foundation in one of the fastest-growing global industries
