Job Alert Analysis Senior Manager Location: Puebla, MexicoThe Challenge: Drive Operational ExcellenceAs our Senior Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational performance improvements.Your mission is to:Influence Results through sophisticated analysis and actionable recommendations.Identify critical threats and untapped opportunities across the business.Generate comprehensive diagnoses, root cause analyses, and performance profiling (good/bad) to replicate successes and resolve issues swiftly.What We're Looking For:Education: Bachelor's degree in: Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Applied Math, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.Experience: 5+ years of proven experience driving measurable business performance improvements.Strategic Insight: Experience across diverse industries is a strong plus, providing broader strategic insight.Communication: Full English Communication Skills (mandatory).Impact: Ability to confidently challenge results and collaborate effectively with involved departments.Technical Expertise – The Data Toolkit Data Expert & Strong StatisticsCode Builder (SQL)Root Cause Analysis & Sensitivity AnalysisReports AutomatizationETL (SQL)Data Science methodologiesMicrosoft Office Suite (Advanced)Key Responsibilities – Turn Data into StrategyForecasting & Reporting: Develop forecast models to predict pre-closing figures, enabling the Senior Staff to execute targeted actions and achieve objectives.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to proactively mitigate performance deterioration.Strategic Support: Create reports, dashboards, and analyses to support strategic decisions, including potential branch closure assessments.Issue Resolution: Lead Root-Cause Analysis efforts to generate and drive solutions for critical business topics.Opportunity Detection: Utilize multivariable analysis to unlock and detect opportunities across departments.Risk Management: Build an Early Warning System to identify high-risk branches and provide immediate field recommendations for KPI improvement.Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis and customer segmentation to optimize strategies and support territory management.Statistical Modeling: Design and fine-tune statistical Ready to shape the future of operational performance?
