Senior Engagement Director – Finance & Accounting (Shared Services)About the RoleCapgemini is seeking a Senior Engagement Director with deep expertise in Finance & Accounting (F&A) across all towers (P2P, O2C, R2R). This is a leadership role managing large-scale delivery, transformation initiatives, and client relationships in a global BPO environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery for a portfolio of 200–300 FTEs and $10–15M annual revenue.Drive a Transformation-first mindset, creating clear roadmaps for clients.Implement technology-driven improvements (RPA, Machine Learning, NLP).Ensure financial performance and margin improvement through innovation.Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.Develop future leaders and foster a merit-based performance culture.Represent delivery in client pursuits and growth initiatives.What We're Looking For:17+ years of experience in BPO/shared services/finance domains.Proven leadership in large F&A delivery portfolios.Expertise in P2P, O2C, R2R (deep knowledge in at least one tower).Experience in transformation programs and technology refresh.Strong commercial acumen, change management, and global leadership skills.Preferred: CA/CPA/ICWA/MBA (Finance), Six Sigma, automotive/manufacturing sector experience.
